Happy Labor Day, everyone!!!
As you've probably noticed by my recipes, I follow Atkins. I love it. I eat less processed foods than most people, and I have more energy since starting it. Have I fallen off the wagon a few times? Sure. That is why I have decided to give myself tangible goals. Is a 10 lb. loss possible for 1 month? Absolutely. Can I stay within 20-25 net carbs every day? Yup, although it may be difficult. Can I keep myself from having more than 5 cheat meals/days? If I stay focused, I definitely can. The most difficult part is exercising 3 times a week. That one I will have to be diligent about.
